How To Order

When ordering please remember to quote both the catalogue/code number and the page number. Orders can be placed either by Telephone, Fax or Email.

If you are unable to find what you are looking for in our catalogue please contact us as we may be able to place a special order for you.

Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be notified within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no liability will be accepted. If you have a product(s) that needs returning then please call us on 01472 841530.

Payment

• Due 28 days from the date of delivery.
• Prompt payment is requested and expected for all sales. You cannot expect us to supply you quickly for a competitive price and then expect to have extended credit. C.W.O. or C.O.D. can be arranged.
• Overdue accounts will be suspended without prior notification to yourselves.

Delivery/Carriage

• If you can wait until our van is with you on our regular days then this is free.
• If general supplies are needed, then these can be arranged free of charge dependant on quantity and order value.
• If URGENT supplies are needed overnight or by special same day delivery, then a charge may be levied.
